After its 2023 take-private by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Focus says 40 of 90 firms have been consolidated and more than 60% of earnings now come from Focus Partners.
Chief strategy officer Travis Danysh said external acquisitions are now more selective, favouring capabilities and larger complex deals over high-volume transactions or succession-driven purchases.
About 50 firms remain in the network, most new deals target Focus Partners Wealth, and the company expects a busy second half as it continues integration and internal investment in growth, technology and AI.
