The fourth Massachusetts State Police academy instructor charged was arraigned in Worcester Superior Court on manslaughter and bodily-harm counts, released on personal recognizance and ordered not to contact witnesses.
Prosecutors say Enrique Delgado-Garcia suffered repeated head blows in September 2024 after showing concussion-like symptoms, and academy supervisors later altered records about the sparring sessions.
