Singular Bank builds AI assistant to boost banker efficiency

The Madrid-based private bank said Singularity, powered by ChatGPT and Codex, saves bankers 60 to 90 minutes daily across 19 workflows and handled more than 3,500 operations in 30 days.
It cuts meeting preparation from about 20 minutes to under one minute and drafts call reports, investment arguments and client communications in seconds using approved internal data.
The system flags portfolio risks, suggests actions such as rebalancing or reducing concentration, and aims to improve traceability, reporting reliability and regulatory compliance while freeing bankers to focus on client advice.
