Speaking on The Katie Miller Podcast on Tuesday, the UFC president said Covid, the "woke era" and debate over "toxic masculinity" left many young males feeling displaced.
White said women want men who provide, protect and make them feel safe, and argued criticism of traditional gender roles wrongly brands masculinity as toxic.
He also criticised rhetoric around men's mental health and said he hates when men "don't act like men", in a discussion that also featured Katie Miller blaming feminism for weak men.
