The April 28 charge stems from a March 26 livestream in the Everglades near Miami, where prosecutors say Peters fired about 12 shots from an airboat.
He has not been arrested and is due in Miami-Dade County Court on May 20; two other online personalities were also charged over the outing.
Lawyers said he followed a licensed airboat guide's instructions and no one was harmed. Peters, known as Clavicular, also faces a separate Florida case over an alleged livestreamed assault.
