Dan Snyder's River View estate returns to market at $49.9 million

The 16.5-acre Alexandria property on the Potomac is due to relist on 20 May with Michael Sobhi, after Snyder and his wife bought it in 2021 for $48 million.
The listing includes a 16,000-square-foot main house, 400 feet of waterfront, a guest house, carriage house, dock, library, gym, spa and 15-seat home theatre.
It follows a weaker outcome for Snyder's other Potomac estate, which after years of price cuts was donated to the American Cancer Society and sold at auction in December for $13.26 million.
