In phase two of a Santa Fe trial, a judge is weighing a seven-page state plan after a jury ordered Meta to pay $375 million in March.
Meta lawyer Alex Parkinson said full approval would make operating Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp in the state untenable, while Attorney General Raul Torrez said leaving would be Meta's choice.
