Samsung One UI 9 media player may get album art-based redesign

Tipster Tarun Vats says internal Android 17 builds seen since March on the Galaxy S26 series show the player adapting seek bar and accents to each track’s cover art.
The interface would update in real time on the lock screen and in notifications, replacing Samsung’s more static current media player look with dynamic colour theming.
The feature is expected to debut later this year with the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Z Flip 8, as Samsung continues development of One UI 9.
