Speaking before this weekend's LIV event in Virginia, DeChambeau said he was "completely shocked" after PIF confirmed funding would end after the 2026 season.
He said he wants to triple his YouTube channel, play tournaments that want him, and criticised potential PGA Tour penalties as talks continue over players' futures.
DeChambeau also argued LIV's team model has value, with some franchises near $200m, as uncertainty persists over new investors, a merger, and where LIV players compete next.
