Michael Nicolls posted the 3.5-minute footage on X on 4 May, showing one of 29 satellites launched from Florida on 1 May aboard a Falcon 9.
The video follows the spacecraft through sunrise and sunset over nearly a full orbit as satellites slowly separate after being stacked and spin-dispensed to avoid conflicts.
SpaceX said the view is unusual because it captures multiple satellites during early deployment; Starlink now has more than 10,300 satellites, and 43 of SpaceX's 53 Falcon 9 missions this year were Starlink launches.
