  • Redmond police arrested Elion at about 4:30pm Wednesday after a witness recognised him from newly published video of the downtown Seattle assault.
  • A judge set bail at $100,000 on Tuesday. Police say Elion and Ahmed Abdullahi Osman randomly shoved the man to the ground and beat him after he got off a bus on 19 April.
  • Osman, 29, was arrested the night of the attack but later released without bail and is now wanted on a warrant. The victim remains in Harborview Medical Center with broken knee, arm and facial injuries.
