The warrant was issued on 30 April after the 29-year-old Bellevue man was charged over an unprovoked 19 April attack on a 77-year-old in downtown Seattle.
Prosecutors said the victim suffered a broken arm, broken knee and facial injuries, was hospitalised for at least a week, and sought bail of $200,000.
Newly released city surveillance video shows two men shoving and punching the victim before walking away; police are still seeking the second suspect after Osman was released before a bail hearing.
