Apple removes 256GB RAM option for M3 Ultra Mac Studio

The desktop now comes only with 96GB memory after Apple had already dropped the 512GB configuration in March.
The change reflects inventory shortages affecting Apple’s highest-end memory options, with the 256GB version reportedly already very hard to order.
Apple said last week that Mac mini and Mac Studio supply constraints could last several months, and it also removed the base-storage Mac mini model.
