Seattle police said the crash happened just before 2am on the 1st Ave S off-ramp, where the rider was found on the ground below.
Seattle Fire Department medics pronounced the man dead at the scene after investigators said he struck a guardrail, went over the railing and landed on a sidewalk.
The fall was estimated at about 30 feet, the area was cordoned off, and Seattle police traffic collision detectives are collecting evidence and seeking witnesses.
