  • Three days after the young humpback was released off Denmark in a €1.5m mission, his location and condition remain unknown, and financiers Karin Walter-Mommert and Walter Gunz have disowned the release.
  • Germany's Oceanographic Museum said Timmy was highly likely dead and demanded tracker data, while a vet said she was barred from approving the final release and objected to the whale being released backward.
