  • Florida Highway Patrol said the 29-year-old was pursued after 11pm Sunday on US Highway 19 in Pasco County and stopped near Commercial Way in North Weeki Wachee.
  • Troopers said he sped, weaved through traffic, ran red lights and had a flipped-up licence plate before pulling over shortly before 11:30pm.
  • Hubbert was taken back to Pasco County and faces charges including reckless driving, felony fleeing and eluding, driving more than 50 mph over the limit and displaying a weapon during a felony.
