CB Insights announced the selection in New York on 5 May, as part of its 10th annual ranking of 100 promising private AI companies.
The research firm said winners were chosen using data on deal activity, partnerships, team and investor strength, headcount, and proprietary commercial maturity and Mosaic scores.
CB Insights said the cohort has raised $10.9bn overall, including more than $2bn in 2026, with one-fifth of companies based outside the United States.
