Miami-Dade deputies said the 33-year-old was arrested Sunday at the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport after allegedly following a woman to her sixth-floor room and masturbating nearby.

Spillman, who joined the agency in 2019, was placed on administrative leave, is being held on $1,000 bond and is due in court on 27 May as criminal and internal investigations continue.
