The custom Mike Marino design appeared Monday at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, using latex and spandex to make Klum look carved from stone.
The look drew on classical sculptures including Giuseppe Sammartino’s Veiled Christ and Raffaele Monti’s Veiled Vestal, aligning with this year’s Met Gala dress code, “Fashion Is Art.”
