Rodrian, who joined Spectrum in 2009, most recently ran WiFi products, overseeing Advanced WiFi routers, Speed Boost and Spectrum Mobile data offload.
Spectrum said the reorganisation is meant to better match how customers use its services and speed innovation across connectivity offerings.
