They urged Lebanon's government and the UN to protect property in Yaroun, where local church and municipal figures said Israeli troops bulldozed a Melkite convent this month.
Israel said it does not intentionally target religious sites and had damaged a church-linked building while destroying Hezbollah infrastructure, but residents disputed its account and said the convent was razed.
The dispute comes after an April 17 ceasefire in the Israel-Hezbollah war, which Lebanon's Health Ministry says has killed 2,696 people and wounded 8,264.
