In a Fox interview, the Los Angeles mayoral candidate alleged Bass altered an after-action report after the blaze destroyed 7,000 homes and killed 12 people.
The clash followed Bass's accusation that Pratt was exploiting victims' grief through a campaign ad saying his $3.8 million Pacific Palisades home burned down and that he now lives in a trailer.
Pratt also attacked Bass over her White House visit with Donald Trump and Kamala Harris's endorsement, while Bass's office did not immediately comment on his obstruction allegation.
