Regis Resources agrees to buy Vault Minerals

Under the scheme, Vault shareholders will receive 0.6947 new Regis shares for each share they hold.
The companies said the all-share deal would leave existing Regis investors owning about 51% of the combined group and Vault shareholders about 49%.
The transaction combines two Australian gold miners and is structured as a scheme of arrangement, according to a joint statement from the companies.
