At New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art, artist Anna Deller-Yee used about 30 base colours, 40 hours of painting and four days of ventilated drying.
The custom look was created with Mugler creative director Miguel Castro Freitas and styled by Jared Ellner, using traditional fine-art materials rather than conventional fashion paints.
