At an April 28 event, AWS said Bedrock will offer OpenAI models including GPT-5.5 and GPT-5.4, plus Codex and Managed Agents in limited preview.
Quick gained a desktop app, visual content generation, wider integrations and custom app-building, while Connect split into four agentic AI offerings spanning supply chains, hiring, customer service and healthcare.
AWS said the updates aim to help customers deploy conversational AI and business agents faster, alongside broader weekly launches including new EC2 instances, Bedrock AgentCore optimisation tools and Lambda support for Ruby 4.0.
