Responding on X to a fan asking about reviving servers, Rubin said Ubisoft could bring the shooter back if it wanted, but the company has a lot going on.
Rubin, who left the industry after XDefiant was shut down in 2025, said he also misses the game, which still retains a base of players hoping for a comeback.
