After about a week of searching in the Lord of Hatred expansion, fans on the “Not finding a Cow Level” Discord found guides to reach the area.
Access requires combining Neyrelle’s Hand, a bardiche and a stamina potion in the Horadric Cube, unlocking the “Moo!” emote and a boat trip from Skovos.
The island currently appears mostly as an Easter egg, though unused items and undiscovered Horadric Cube recipes suggest the long-running Diablo mystery may not be fully solved.
