The 2.1-acre Laughlin Park property in Los Feliz, bought for about $24.5 million in 2017, was once owned by filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille.
The estate includes five structures, led by an 11,000-square-foot main house with six bedrooms, plus a pool, guesthouse, poolhouse, tea house, garage and security station.
The listing comes as Los Angeles luxury housing faces pressure from a mansion tax, 2025 wildfires and a proposed wealth tax; median sale prices fell 6% year on year in the first quarter.
