The couple said on Instagram their new son is named Nautas, after welcoming son Cardinal in March 2024 and daughter Raddix in January 2020.
Madden, 47, said their children were healthy and happy, while the pair again indicated they would not share photos to protect their kids' safety and privacy.
Diaz, 53, married Madden in 2015 and returned to acting in 2025 with Netflix's Back In Action after a 10-year hiatus she said she spent focused on family life.
