Speaking on Twitch after Boston's 109-100 Game 7 loss to Philadelphia on 3 May, Brown said officials had an "agenda" against him and accused Embiid of flopping.
Brown said referees told him to call fouls whenever he raised his arm, and claimed the 76ers exploited officiating during the series.
He also said guarding the 270-pound Embiid left him in a back brace with pain, adding he waited until the series ended to avoid distracting the Celtics.
