The shooting happened around 9 p.m. at a campground near Arcadia Lake in Edmond, about 13 miles north of Oklahoma City, with three patients at Integris Edmond and nine at Integris Baptist.
Police said no suspects were in custody but saw no ongoing public threat, as Edmond officers led a multi-agency investigation and interviewed victims and witnesses across the metro area.
Authorities had initially reported 10 victims and warned the toll could rise because some people drove themselves to hospitals after the large gathering of apparent young adults.
