Singapore Airlines installs Starlink inflight internet on A350 and A380 fleets

Installations are due to start in the first quarter of 2027 and take three years, covering about a third of the airline's 155 active aircraft.
The upgrade applies to A350 long-haul, A350 ULR and A380 jets, and the service will remain complimentary while adding support for media streaming and other high-bandwidth uses.
Singapore Airlines already offers free Wi-Fi across its fleet; the selected aircraft currently use Panasonic Avionics and Viasat systems that Starlink will replace on those types.
