  • The software is expected at WWDC on 8 June, with a developer beta immediately after, a public beta in July and a wider release in September.
  • Rumoured additions include a dedicated Siri app, Dynamic Island integration, 5G satellite support on some iPhone 18 models and new Apple Intelligence tools for photos, health, contacts and Safari.
  • Apple is also said to prioritise bug fixes and performance, while compatibility may start from iPhone 12 models, leaving iPhone 11 and second-generation iPhone SE on security updates only.
