In a May 2 video address, Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukrainian forces were documenting and controlling activity on Belarus's side of the border.
He also said Kyiv was preparing several new sanctions packages and holding talks with partners in Europe, the Middle East and the Gulf on air defences and economic stability.
The warning comes amid tighter internet controls in Belarus, harsher rhetoric from Alexander Lukashenko and fears Belarus could again serve as a platform for escalation against Ukraine.
