Cheshire Police released Webb House in Crewe to residents after raiding three properties on Wednesday and arresting seven men and three women, all now on conditional bail.
The investigation began after allegations reported in March of serious sexual offences, forced marriage and modern slavery involving one female former member in 2023.
Officers will remain in the area, and 25 people separately charged with public order offences during the raids are due at Crewe Magistrates' Court in June.
