The 85-year-old Righteous Brothers singer, who turns 86 in September, said the US tour could run for years and revealed he recently had a pacemaker fitted for AFib.
Medley said he reformed the act in 2016 with Bucky Heard after Bobby Hatfield's 2003 death, and credited Top Gun, Dirty Dancing and Ghost with reviving the duo's popularity.
He also recalled opening for the Beatles and Rolling Stones in 1964, producing "Unchained Melody," and a close friendship with Elvis Presley, while saying he hopes to keep performing unless he becomes an embarrassment.
