Oklahoma organisations with at least 35 employees can enter free, and winners will be honoured in December 2026.
Anyone can nominate an employer by 5 June, after which employees complete a 26-question survey and companies are surveyed through mid-August.
Research partner Energage runs Top Workplaces surveys in 70 markets nationwide; in 2025, 106 Oklahoma employers were recognised from nearly 3,033 invited to participate.
