Backed by the labour ministry and HRD Korea, the free 2026 scheme will support 675 people: 225 jobseekers, 150 employed youth and 300 company representatives.
It combines job-specific training, mentoring, placement help, onboarding and advanced training across planning and administration, HR and general affairs, and IT.
The association says the model aims to improve retention as well as hiring by aligning venture firms' talent needs with youth career development and workplace culture.
