Teenage boy dies after falling tree strikes him in Stafford

Emergency services, including an air ambulance, were called to Holmcroft Road after 18:30 BST on Saturday, and he was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 19:30.
Staffordshire Police said his family had been informed and a cordon would remain in place while inquiries continued.
Flowers were left at the scene, St Bertelin's Church stayed open for mourners, and local football teams planned one-minute silences as tributes were posted online.
