The May 2 decree freezes assets, curbs travel in Ukraine, blocks trade and capital transfers, and revokes licences and permits for 10 years.
Those also sanctioned are businessman Bohdan Pukish, Russian businessman Alan Kiryukhin, Russian Olympic Committee head Stanislav Pozdnyakov and Russian Wrestling Federation head Mikhail Mamiashvili.
