The season began Saturday in Oklahoma City, with the market operating 9am-1pm at Oklahoma City Boulevard and S Robinson Avenue.
It runs on the first and third Saturdays through October, letting shoppers buy directly from Oklahoma producers selling homegrown, handmade or vendor-created goods.
The market is also offering a Compost Leave and Take Back programme, encouraging residents to bring produce scraps, coffee grounds and fresh plant matter for community composting.
