Scores for inspections during the week of April 19 ranged from 66 to 100, with Pine Mountain Country in Festus lowest and four sites receiving 100.
Penn Station East Coast Subs scored 76, Slinger’s West 80 and Imo’s Pizza 81, with violations including improper temperatures, blocked hand sinks, missing certifications and sanitation problems.
Some sites were reinspected without scores, and low-priority facilities also were unrated. The department said unannounced inspections start at 100, with deductions based on violation severity and repeats.
