The chocolate cocker spaniel turned one on Friday and is one of four puppies born to the couple's older dog, Orla, in 2025.
The palace posted a photo on X saying, “Welcome to the family, Otto! 1 today”, after Catherine had confirmed in February that the family had a new puppy.
Otto and Orla have appeared in recent family images, including William's 43rd birthday portrait and the couple's 15th wedding anniversary photograph taken in Cornwall.
