A UNHCR truck carrying shelter kits was destroyed in Umm Drisaya, North Darfur, while a strike in El Obeid, North Kordofan, killed seven people and injured more than 20.
The UN condemned both attacks, and the US State Department said SAF and RSF drones have also hit hospitals and schools, worsening risks to civilians and aid delivery.

Since April 2023, Sudan's conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces has escalated into a deadly proxy war fueled by foreign-backed drone warfare.
