New coach Todd Monken said after three minicamp practices in Berea that Deshaun Watson, Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel remain in contention, despite reports Watson leads.
Monken said he wants one quarterback to separate himself as Cleveland installs a new offensive system, with OTAs starting in mid-May, mandatory minicamp in June and training camp in July.
Sanders became starter in Week 12 last season, Watson spent much of the year on the physically unable to perform list, and the Browns also drafted Taylen Green after a 5-12 campaign.
