The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, also names Kylie Jenner Inc., supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services.
Soto alleges racial discrimination, harassment and retaliation, saying Sibrian mocked her English, cut her hourly pay from $41.66 to $35 in June 2024 and reduced overtime.
The case comes a week after another woman on Jenner's cleaning staff sued. Jenner's team said she had not yet seen the filing and declined comment.
