The drop-in sessions are held on Monday afternoons at Marylebone Library on New Cavendish Street until at least early August, serving nearby Fitzrovia residents.
Residents can get free support with internet browsing, apps, email, video calls, printing, online shopping and social media, and learn at their own pace.
Westminster Council says advanced topics such as coding or specialist device faults may be referred elsewhere, while the library remains the nearest council branch for many in Fitzrovia.
