The April 28 New York County Supreme Court complaint, filed by former banker Chirayu Rana, 35, was withdrawn after the bank said its review found no supporting evidence.
JPMorgan said it examined emails, phone records and employee interviews, while alleging Rana refused to participate or provide key facts; Hajdini, 37, denied all allegations through her lawyers.
Rana, who left the bank in late 2024 and now works at Bregal Sagemount, had sought a multimillion-dollar severance in a 2025 internal complaint. No criminal charges have been filed.
