Dubois County seniors recognised at Senior Decision Day

The 74 students from four county high schools were honoured on 1 May at the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center in Jasper, at an event hosted by Hub 19.
Their plans included jobs with local employers, union apprenticeships and enlistment in branches of the US armed forces, with school leaders and counsellors introducing each student.
Organisers said the event highlights employment and enlistment among the “3 E’s”, reflecting career exploration, technical education and work-based learning aimed at preparing students after graduation.
