On Apple’s earnings call, CFO Kevan Parekh said the quarter ending 27 June faces a tough iPad comparison after the A16-powered iPad 11 launched in March 2025.
The comment effectively rules out an iPad 12 debut at WWDC, scheduled for 8-12 June, and suggests year-on-year iPad revenue growth could be pressured this quarter.
A launch later in 2026 remains possible, with reports pointing to an A18 or A19 chip adding Apple Intelligence to Apple’s $349 base iPad line.
